Hi Guys,

Thanks for chatting about TwitterHawk, good to see that you reviewed both the good and bad, and the consequences when used incorrectly ;)

A couple of notes that I’d like to pass over is that there’s been a few big updates since you first setup your account…

1) You can actually now send out one reply per 6 hours, per search you setup (as opposed to 1 per day per search when you first created your account) since we’ve added more anti SPAM techniques.

2) We’ve added the ability to confirm your replies before they are sent out, so we’ll find a batch of matches for your search and you can choose to put the reply in a queue to send out over time, delete the match, or send the reply immediately.
For any items in your matches list, you can also tailor a custom reply to that user to be really personalised and make a great first impression.

Would love if you were able to chat about these big updates next podcast you do, we think your readers will get a great benefit from the updates!

All the best,

Chris Duell
TwitterHawk

Thanks Chris for the update – we will check them out and pass on all our experiences.

Tony
